A big loss & now its time to replan, what's to be done and what went wrong. Both for TMC and BJP.

So after much chaos and rallies, BJP didn't even manage to get a three-digit score. And the reasons behind the failures are also deep as well as highly got missed by Amit Shah.
1. BJP lost its identity:
If you check the candidate's list in W/B for BJP most of them are either from different parties or have just joined and have no connection or background with Politics or Public welfare.
By recruiting heavily from different parties, BJP lost its identity. It merely became a bunch of runaway politicians from different parties. And so on, the general public of W/B found it better to vote TMC as; " Now TMC is clean, the thieves have left and joined BJP as they thought under BJP all their crimes would be forfeited " this is what they said.
And it's completely logical.
2. Lazy, useless, and bureaucratic politicians of BJP:
Well! If you remember the Lok Sabha elections, no one expected BJP to sweep away 18 seats in one go. If the top-level had then pressurized these Local leaders or those Sansads who won, to improve their image, take part in public welfare, be a strong opposition for the state government, or at least connect with the local people, the loss would have been much less.
These local leaders after getting elected as Sansads, neither did any remarkable work in their area nor got connected with the people. They were like, "Jit gai ab kya, AC me betho, Sansad hone ke sare free amenities ka pura faida uthao, logon ke liye ek bhi kam mat kro, and is bar 18 mil hi gai Lok Sabha me, Vidhan Sabha me toh 200 par."
Is it the over-confidence that ate up The BJP from inside?
Also if these local leaders have had been active, they would have prevented the state government from rebranding the central schemes to state-named schemes, and from spreading them as " Didi is giving everything," where the cost is borne by the center and state in a 60:40 ratio. The cost is then borne by the various incomes of the government and the taxes paid by the general public.
-Swachh Bharat Abhiyan to the Mission Nirmal Bangla
-Aajeevika (National Rural Livelihood Mission) to Anandadhara (State Rural Livelihood Mission)
-Pradhan Mantri Gram Sadak Yojana (PMGSY) to Banglar Gramin Sadak Yojana
-Pradhan Mantri Awaas Yojana (Grameen) to Banglar Griha Prakalpa.
Another key project of the Modi government - Beti Bachao Beti Padhao Yojana – is called Kanyashree.
Also, the false belief of the state providing the ration is prevalent, as the center holds the responsibility for procurement of ration goods from farmers at MSP and then allocating it to the state governments at subsidized rates. If there's any cost borne by the state government then it's not more than 40%.

3.Mamta Banerjee's super charisma:
It would be impartial if we don't give credits to Mamta Banerjee. Well these results showed how much Bangla still loves and follows her! But for a major chunk the reason for the love is "Free Goods" let that be the subsidized or free ration or free cycles to the school children, or free bathrooms to the poor, or free money distribution under Kanyashree and other schemes, She did help the poor a lot, and that's why she has a strong influence over the lower middle class and poor class.

But, Is it the right way to contest for an election?
Now there's a hidden catch, everywhere in India votes are asked from the public, based on progress(Vikas), or in simple words how many new companies invested in the state to open their Factory or Office, or how many roads have been built, or how many houses have been converted from huts to concrete, or how much has the average income increased of the public from the last years, or how many families have surpassed the BPL or how much the living standard has increased? And if no companies are investing, there would be no job creation. If no new job creation, no money in the hand of the public, and so on, no betterment in the standard of living, and so no Vikas!
These are the important questions on which elections should be fought, but in Bengal, sadly it's based on which Government offers more free things. It's unfortunate to say that the lower middle class and the poor class are so desperate to get things for free, that when they are asked " Why did you vote for Didi ?" They say, " Didi has given us Ration for free, my child has got a cycle for free, my daughter's 90% marriage cost was borne by her and whatnot", " If Didi doesn't come back, who would give us the things for free" and this ideology needs to be changed! It's ultimately eating up the economy, and people are getting the habit of staying jobless as they are dependent on free things! And you know how disastrous it is for a nation like India, where inflation grows at 4±2%, highly unstable economy, up till how many years will our taxes bear the cost of these free supplies! A major chunk of the votes went to TMC because people feared if BJP comes most of these free services would stop.
This needs to be rethought!
4. Political Polarisation:
Well, no offense meant to any caste or community, or religion. Political Polarisation is also a big reason behind this unexpected turn in votes of people in Bengal or, more specifically Muslim Votes!
The Muslim community in India has always been used as a measure of attack on political parties, and it dates back to 1947. But now what happened is, all the Muslim Votes out of which BJP was expecting 60-70% went to TMC due to polarization!
Yeah, you heard right after Lok Sabha BJP was confident about the Muslim votes too, and so were the Muslims happy with BJP after the abolition of Teen Talaq and allowing women's to go on Haz without Mahram, but with the introduction of CAA NRC, it got all spoilt, already when it was being, misinterpreted and wrongly advertised in Delhi and other states, The TMC spread it as "If Modi comes, he will pull you all out ( bhaga dega ) of India" This shook the whole Muslim community of West Bengal who already blindly supported Mamta Banerjee, and so the Muslim people were seen going into the rallies of BJP, but still their votes went to TMC. That's why BJP got a clear win on seats where The Hindus were in majority. In the other seats, The Muslims voted for TMC in huge amounts, whereas The Hindu votes too got divided between TMC and BJP based on the above points.
If CAA and NRC would have been or any related issue of the high rise in the price of petrol, edible oil, or anything would have been an issue then in Assam after conducting the 1st phase of NRC, BJP won't have won there, today, in the majority. Now, what happened In Kerala and TN is, it was never a place for BJP, neither BJP had many good leaders from there, nor it focussed on those 2 states as much as it did on WB and Assam.
Anyway, jo hona tha so ho gaya.
Now, if Mamata Banerjee doesn't take control over the situation by full phased development and improvement, then surely this will be the last chance offered by the Bengal public to Didi.
Major things to be done are,
1. Taking full control of all the politicians from ground 0 to top-level:
Never forget if TMC won, it's because only of her, not even one politician other than her can take even 1 % credit of the victory, as people blindly believe and love her, and also blindly hate the local politicians. The local structure is so weak at many places, municipalities don't even have a Chairman from the last 2-3 years, because the politicians inside of TMC are fighting for the chair. They have sucked out the whole money and trust from the system. Sand mafia, coal mafia, scandals, etc no politician is now left with a good image to ask the public for votes directly. It's the people who love Didi blindly that helped TMC win!
2. Changing the ideology of getting everything for free.
Mamta Banerjee needs to put a lot of work into changing the ideology of the major chunk of the people to get everything for free and not work to earn them. She has to force them to get a job and earn a living. For these years, India had a surplus of ration, so it provided, but after this pandemic, after so many free supplies, it won't have enough to supply for the next the five years, if it gets, then that will be from increased taxes on the general public, after all, no government would feed the public from its pocket.
3. Improving the economic performance of West Bengal:
West Bengal ranks 23rd in per capita income in India across states with an average income of Rs. 1,09,491, whereas Bihar ranking the lowest with Rs. 43,822 and Goa ranking the highest with Rs. 4,58,304. But it's not about which state is earning how much, it's about how much the economy or the per capita income of the state has fallen.
It's either you bring industries, which would indeed create job demand, and then it will boost the consumption of the people of West Bengal! or if you want to make it an agricultural state, then bring the Agri industries, introducing new and better farming techniques, bringing more food processing industries, more fertilizer industry, etc.
West Bengal also ranked 3rd in the list of states from where labor mostly migrated to other states for job and work. There was a time when people in huge came from Rajasthan, Gujrat, Punjab, etc, came for job and business to West Bengal, but now they are are either to going back to their own state or choosing other states over Wesst Bengal, because of the ease of doing business and availability of cheap labor.
Labor is available in West Bengal, but then they are not work-centric the ideology is of getting free food from PDS, then why should one work?

4. Casting control over the different communities:
Let that be bringing forward the backward communities or controlling them. No offense meant to any community, but that's the situation here! Few communities at places try to dominate themselves over the minor community. Also, we have seen in the past Didi doing partiality between religions. It's okay if you support one but dont support so much that they get on your head, no controversy is wanted, so it's self-explanatory.
These things should to be stopped!
That's it nothing meant to offend anyone, everything based on facts and local ground 0 situations from many different places of West Bengal.
So, good try Mr. Modi, but you need to work on the basics! And yo Miss Mamta, if you don't change the whole system, it's sure you have to bid bye to the Nabanna as what happened with CPI(M) in 2011. In 2006 everyone believed that TMC would win (like this time everyone thought BJP would win), but didn't, and then after five years CPI (M) lost, and you came to power, and now there's no name of CPI(M) anywhere, we hope nothing unfortunate happens with you.
Thank you
